| Generally, thumbnails will be updated within a few minutes however during busy times, the time taken to update a thumbnail might take up to 24 hours. |

| Why don't thumbnails appear on my website? |
| Thumbnails only appear for external links. This means links which are pointed outside of your website. The problem could also be that your browser isn't supported. Please look below for a list of supported browsers. |
